I arrived at Naha in the evening and some of my family came to pick me up. I was really nervous about meeting them but they were very excited. We immediately got in the car to get to a very nice restaurant and met with other family. I could already tell I was going to have a hard time remembering everyone's name...Yumiko, Yuriko, Yasko...

The food was traditional Okinawan style and delicious.

This is Yosuke. He is starting to like me a little bit.

I was very tired at the end of the day but was happy to be around family and excited to begin learning about what's going on!
